RENTERS

- Insurance: The renter must have the WeatherStone Community Association named as an additional insured to their homeowner’s policy. There is usually no fee, or a nominal fee associated with this.
- Fee/Security Deposit: Made out to WeatherStone Community Association Rental Fee Security Deposit equal to the rental fee
- Time Limits: In consideration of those residents who live around the clubhouse, it may only be used between the hours of 8:00 am and 11:00 pm. The renter may set up the day before the event and must have the clubhouse cleaned up the day after the event.
- Access: There is a keypad code that can be used to access the clubhouse. The code will be emailed to the renter one (1) week before the use date.
- Clubhouse facilities: Included: Sink, refrigerator, and microwave Tables and chairs: 4 – 30” round tables, 3 – 30” x 72” rectangular tables, 4 – 60” round tables, 50 + chairs. Heat and air conditioning Bathroom
- Not included: Stove or Pool (SECOND FLOOR IS OFF LIMITS)
- Capacity: Approximately 50 persons total (2 rooms)
- Cleaning: Contact the management company. Inspect house prior to use and have cleaned, if necessary.
- Inspection: If clubhouse has been cleaned satisfactorily by the renter and there are no damages, then the security deposit will be returned, or the check will be voided.
