How is WeatherStone governed?
WeatherStone is governed by a three-member Board of Directors who are elected to the Board by its residents annually on a three-year rotating cycle.

​The current Board of Directors is comprised of the following three residents:
  • John Smith, President (2025) *​
  • John Sullivan, Secretary (2024) *
  • Bob Williams, Treasurer (2023) *
​* The date next to the names listed above designate the end of the term for that individual.

How much are the monthly dues?
  • Townhouse: $302
  • Single-Family Home: $142

Who picks up the trash and recycling?
Currently, trash and recycling is picked up by A. J. Blosenski, Inc.  ​Except for holidays, trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays, and recycling is picked up on Thursdays. 
One bulk item is removed on the first Thursday of each month.  


Special Note: A.J. Blosenski requires MATTRESSES & BOXSPRINGS to be pre-scheduled at a cost of $50.00 per item. Additionally, they require these items to be wrapped in plastic prior to placing curbside. Please schedule a special pick-up for these items through their ​Special Pick-up form.  ​

Who provides water and sewage?
  • ​Municipal water is provided by Aqua Pennsylvania.
  • Sewage is provided by Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority (BCWA).

When can I take my kids trick-or-treating?
West Vincent Township does not specify a specific day or time, but traditionally, it is observed on Halloween night between the hours of 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM in our community.

When can I put up holiday decorations?
Holiday lighting and decorations may be put up no more than thirty (30) days in advance of the holiday and must be taken down within fifteen (15) days after the holiday. 

Can I set off fireworks within WeatherStone?
While House Bill 542, passed in October 2017, permitted state residents to buy and use the full line of fireworks that comply with federal requirements for consumers, it stipulated that they "cannot be discharged within 150 feet of an occupied structure, whether or not a person is actually present."   Click here to view the entire law.
