Tennis / Pickleball Courts
Please note: Recently, a survey was conducted to determine if there was interest in allowing pickleball to be played on the tennis courts. The results of the survey showed that there was significant interest to explore various options for the courts.
A Pickleball Demonstration Event was held in April 2022 and many residents turned out for the event. Subsequently, the Board of Directors of WeatherStone met and decided that playing pickleball would be allowed going forward.
Temporary lines using painter’s tape have been placed on the courts to mark the boundary of the kitchen. Please do not remove the tape. The Board may consider painting permanent lines sometime in the future if the initial interest expressed by residents holds throughout the summer.
One final note… Be kind and courteous! If there are other residents waiting to play either tennis or pickleball, please limit your time on the court to one hour of play so the entire community can access this limited resource.
