WeatherStone Town Center is adjacent to the already existing 270 single-family homes and townhouses that comprise the WeatherStone residential development. The Town Center is a separate and distinct development, and its residents are not members of the WeatherStone Community Association (WCA). The WCA, in turn, has no governing responsibilities or control over the Town Center.
